A:  The majority of our customers are builders, contractors and trim carpenters; however, we also sell to the “do-it-yourselfer”.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can see displays?

A: We have a fantastic showroom full of gorgeous displays… Cabinet hardware, Bath Accessories, Door knobs and more!

Q: Do you have every item in stock or do you have to order?

A:  We do stock a great number of items, however, due to the vast selection of products we offer, it is occasionally necessary to order.

Q: If I have to order, how long does it take?

 A: That of course would depends on what is being ordered, most items we can have within a week… some more specialized items may take longer… but believe me… our products are worth the wait!

Q: Do you provide installation services?

 A: We do offer service after the sale, but normally do not perform installations.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment if I need to select hardware for a whole house?

 A: Appointments are not necessary, but are encouraged when selecting hardware for new construction or for an entire home remodel. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready, willing and able to help you make the process painless and stress-free!
